Folle Blanche is an Eau de Vie, but it is also the ancestral grape variety of Cognac.
Distillation
This Folle Blanche was harvested, then vinified and distilled separately.
It was then transferred to old oak barrels to maintain its translucent appearance.
This Eau de Vie was deliberately left at 42%... To create a perfect harmony between the finesse of its aromas and the power of its alcohol!
