Description
Grape variety: Ugni Blanc, selected based on ripeness—neither too sweet nor too acidic, and intentionally full-bodied.
Winemaking: The fully ripe grapes are lightly pressed to extract the best “free-run juice.”
We let it settle for 10 hours before sending it to our service provider, “Maison Roy.”
The grape juice, to which carbon dioxide is added, is then pasteurized.
