Age : 15 to 22 years

Tasting:

An aged Cognac is best enjoyed at room temperature as a digestif. It can be served in a tulip-shaped glass, where the aromas will be more concentrated, or in a traditional Cognac glass.

Heating the glass will not bring out additional flavors, but will only accentuate the aromas on the nose.

Description

Distillation

After the grapes are harvested by hand, our varietal white wines are distilled (twice) in a Charentais still on the estate. The resulting brandy is aged in Limousin oak barrels, where it rests for many years…

Aging :

An aged Cognac crafted from a blend of eaux-de-vie that have aged for several decades in oak barrels in the cellar. It possesses the strength and quality of great age: fruity, with notes of vanilla and licorice. It is a smooth, straightforward Cognac that will continue to delight your palate for hours after you’ve tasted it.
