After the grapes are harvested by hand, our varietal white wines are distilled (twice) in a Charentais still on the estate. The resulting brandy is aged in Limousin oak barrels, where it rests for many years…
Aging :
This Cognac is the result of a wonderful intergenerational collaboration. Blended from eaux-de-vie that have aged for several decades in oak barrels in the cellar, it possesses the strength and quality of a very old Cognac. It is a Cognac best enjoyed on its own, in all its simplicity, and it leaves a long-lasting finish on the palate.
